Fulcrum names Michael Berry VP, financial services solutions
NEW YORK - October 08, 2007 - Fulcrum, a leader in advanced analytics, technology and program solutions for leading manufacturers and retailers, today announced that industry veteran Michael Berry has joined the company as vice president of financial services solutions.
Berry will be responsible for sales, sales management, business development, marketing, and solution development focused on the financial services industry, an area to which he brings specialized expertise and a track record of success.
Most recently, Berry was senior vice president of financial services at Conclusive Marketing, formerly Synapse Technology, where he led sales, business development, client services and operations efforts to support bank clients, using the company's behavior-driven marketing solutions.
Prior to that, he was senior manager, financial services in the CRM practice at Accenture, leading the development of customer insight solutions and integrating partner-provided marketing automation, business intelligence capabilities and Accenture's business process management skills.
Berry was formerly vice president, banking sales at Harte-Hanks, where he managed a CRM technology sales team responsible for the top 100 banks in the US, and oversaw the company reaching nearly 50% market share in this segment.
